October update: what to check now

October 9 reset chapter progress for everyone as meta-progression reached the main branch. Personal quota coins and permanent upgrades now carry across runs and crews; chapter position, unlocked cards and a reconnect are different kinds of progress.

September 25: earlier corrections

Solo: no quota threshold in the first four levels of Chapter 1.

The September 25 wording refers to the first four levels of Chapter 1, while September 10 described the first four chapters as one level each. The announcements do not reconcile those labels. Read the current chapter/level selector and quota display; this wiki does not invent a replacement chapter table.

How the new chapter grouping works

The September 10 structure changed pacing and put chapter selection on one page. Treat that as the dated major-update description, not a guarantee that every later selector label maps identically. September 25 also changed chapter-page navigation.

The older daily/chapter save announcement explains save checkpoints, but it does not provide a save-file schema or guarantee recovery from every network failure.

What to record between attempts

Write down the current chapter, the displayed level and the location. Keep “chapter unlocked” separate from “both levels completed” when a chapter contains two. A note is especially useful if different crew members remember different endpoints.

When resuming with a crew

Agree which current host and chapter you are entering before using an invite. The September lobby preview can show the intended selection. If the recovered state differs, record it and use the reconnect checklist before starting over.

The local trackers on this site do not read Steam Cloud or game saves. They preserve your own notes and completion boxes only.
